Core responsibilities
Provide coaching, training, and support to participants with disabilities at their work sites to promote independence. Observe and report on participant performance while maintaining accurate documentation in the case management database.
Requirements summary
Experience in human services is strongly desired, along with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and obtain first aid and cpr certification.
