Preschool Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by creating an engaging environment and assisting with individual and small-Group learning activities. They also observe children to meet their individual needs and collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly classroom.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for working with young children are required.
