Program aide

The program aide supports staff in delivering core program areas including academic success, health, and physical education. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom materials, monitoring member participation, and fostering a positive environment for student growth.

Candidates should have prior experience working with children and a working knowledge of boys & girls clubs core program areas. The role requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
