The early childhood educator ii oversees daily classroom operations, implements curriculum to support child development, and ensures a safe, healthy learning environment. They also mentor staff and students while maintaining compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in child development or a related field with at least 18 college hours in the subject. A minimum of two years of experience in a child care center environment is required.
