Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-On-One with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba. Your role involves teaching communication and social skills while managing interfering behaviors through evidence-Based techniques.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to obtain cpr and first aid certifications. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various movements like bending, kneeling, and squatting.
