Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for implementing therapeutic programs, monitoring client safety, and accurately collecting data using clinical management software.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and obtain rbt certification within 60 days of employment. Additionally, applicants must maintain current cpr/Aed or bls certification and be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
