Adjunct Nutrition Instructor - Registered Dietitian

The instructor is responsible for delivering nutrition lessons to nursing students and evaluating their clinical competence and progress. They must also maintain accurate student records, attend faculty meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Candidates must be a registered dietitian with at least a bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline. Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required for this role.
