Job description

In this role you, you will

Supervise - across all tracks

  • Carry a supervisory caseload equivalent to 4 FTE, which may include practicum students (externs), doctoral interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master’s-level clinical staff.
  • Provide weekly individual supervision, maintain required documentation, and actively support each supervisee’s clinical and professional development.
  • Participate in monthly supervision consultation and collaborate with the Sr. Clinical Director on training program matters.

Provide therapy - Track A and Hybrid

  • Deliver evidence-based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans; provide crisis intervention when needed.

Conduct psychological assessment - Track B and Hybrid

  • Provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification across a range of presentations, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum (including higher-cognition individuals), mood and personality disorders, and cognitive concerns.
  • Select, administer, score, and interpret assessment instruments; produce clear, well-conceptualized reports with individualized recommendations.

Who You Are

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in Illinois.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience supervising trainees (externs, interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master’s-level clinicians).
  • For testing or hybrid tracks: completion of a formal postdoctoral fellowship in psychological assessment (≥1 year).
  • For testing or hybrid tracks: able to work on-site at our River North location (One East Superior, Chicago) - in-person presence is required for psychological assessment services.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
