Lead Child Care Teacher-Vermeer

The lead teacher guides a teaching team to create classroom plans and lead hands-On activities that support children's growth. They are also responsible for maintaining open communication with parents and ensuring a safe, clean classroom environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and have 12 to 18 months of professional experience in child care. A cda, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education is preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice.
