Lead Teacher, Gilden Woods of Troy

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and managing classroom operations while mentoring fellow staff. They also promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while building strong relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for childcare and engage in physical activities with children.
