Job description

  • Saratoga Bridges is looking for a Day Service DSP who has experience in supporting people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
  • This candidate must be organized, creative, and have a calm presence.
  • Being level-headed and consistent in routines are very helpful in this position.
  • Experience working with people who have challenging behaviors is preferred.
  • This position is located at our Ballston Spa Day Service and is a great team to work with!

This position is a Monday through Friday schedule where you'll be home in time for dinner. You'll be working with a team to provide experiences in the community such as volunteering or visiting sites. There are opportunities to participate in art projects and classroom activities too.

In the classroom you will

  • Run & document daily goals for the people you are working with
  • Provide hands on support to the people in your classroom
  • Help individuals prepare for opportunities in their community

A high school diploma and valid driver's license is required for this position.
