Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One aba therapy in a school setting while following behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and attending team meetings.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a passion for supporting children with special needs. A valid cpr certification is required, and rbt certification is preferred.
