Board Certified Behavior Analyst [Hybrid/Flex Schedule] 10K Sign On Bonus

The bcba will conduct clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure progress. They will also lead parent training sessions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-Quality early intervention services.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a master’s degree in aba, psychology, special education, or a related field. Strong leadership skills and experience or a demonstrated interest in early intervention are required.
