Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

The speech language pathology assistant implements therapy plans and provides direct support to students under the supervision of a licensed speech language pathologist. They are responsible for collecting data, documenting progress, and collaborating with educational staff to support communication goals.

Candidates must hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in speech language pathology assistant studies, communication disorders, or a related field. A valid slpa license or registration as required by the state is also mandatory.
