  • School-Based Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contract) Lexington School District One (Lexington One) Trusted Results Therapy Group Pay $30.00 – $50.00 per hour (1099 Contract) Service Area Lexington School District One Lexington County, South Carolina Trusted Results Therapy Group is contracted with all 32 schools in Lexington One.

  • Through our school-based mental health program, we partner with school districts to increase student access to behavioral health services across multiple school sites.
  • Position Overview Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide school-based therapy services across Lexington School District One.
  • Clinicians will receive referrals from schools throughout the district and may be assigned to one or multiple schools based on referral volume and student need.
  • Clinicians are not embedded at a single school and will not have a permanent office location.
  • Schools will coordinate access to appropriate private space for therapy sessions as needed.
  • This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to support students across multiple school communities.
  • Key Responsibilities Provide individual and small-group counseling to K–12 students during the school day Complete intakes, risk assessments, and individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based mental health interventions tailored to student needs Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to support student progress Participate in student support meetings and school-based coordination as appropriate Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and district requirements Respond to student mental health crises and coordinate appropriate follow-up care Attend required supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities Required Qualifications Active South Carolina license in one of the following: LMSW LISW-CP LPC LPC-A LMFT Licensed Psychologist (LP) Experience working with children and adolescents in school or community settings Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills Ability to manage services across multiple school sites Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to pass all required school-based background checks

Preferred Qualifications
