The New Century School, Fell's Point, Baltimore The New Century School seeks a passionate and dedicated Montessori Primary Guide to establish and lead a new Primary classroom (ages 3-6). Qualifications

Experience working in a Montessori environment, preferably as a lead guide. Montessori teaching certification, or active enrollment with substantial progress in an accredited program Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster children's independence. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and a commitment to its principles. Minimum 3 years of experience working with preschool children
