What You'll Do Assess, design, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction Work across varied settings — school, home, clinic, social groups, and community Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and contribute to a growing, creative team What We're Looking For Master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field Current BCBA certification + AZ licensure (or ability to obtain) 1+ year of experience working with children with autism and related disorders Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to effectively manage and train
