Autism Support Professional-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The rbt will implement behavior intervention plans and provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction. They will also collaborate with clinical staff, maintain accurate session documentation, and assist in maintaining a clean and safe clinic environment.

Candidates must hold a current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, along with the ability to meet physical requirements.
