Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Crystal Lake

The bcba will manage a caseload of clients, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and conduct functional assessments. They are also responsible for mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure high-Quality care.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification and license. The role requires the ability to work in various settings and perform physically demanding tasks, along with proficiency in relevant clinical software.
