At i9 Sports, we believe youth sports should be fun, safe, and supportive — without all the negativity you sometimes see in competitive leagues. As a Youth Soccer Referee, you’ll help keep the game flowing, make fair calls, and most importantly, create an awesome experience for kids and families.

What You’ll Do: Referee youth soccer games

Keep games safe, fair, and fun

Communicate with kids, coaches, and parents in a positive way

What We’re Looking For: At least 16 years old

Reliable, on-time, and professional

Comfortable leading and communicating with kids and adults

Physically able to keep up with fast-paced games

Have reliable transportation

Available on Saturdays (start immediately)

Bonus if you’ve played soccer or worked with kids before!
