Provide in-Home services and support to families and children in head start and early head start programs to help them reach their goals. Coordinate integrated services, conduct outreach, and maintain accurate documentation for a full caseload.

Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of experience in a social service setting working with children and families is required.
