Core responsibilities
The bcba is responsible for designing, monitoring, and reporting on behavior plans while providing direct behavioral treatment to clients. They also train staff in positive behavior support methodology and participate in interdisciplinary teams and committees.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a master's or doctoral degree in psychology or a related field and be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Experience implementing aba programming and behavioral interventions is required.
