Foster Care Case Manager

The case manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and service coordination for children and families in foster care. Key tasks include developing individualized service plans, facilitating team meetings, and maintaining regular face-To-Face contact with clients.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, criminal justice, nursing, or a related human services field. The role requires the ability to manage a caseload of 12-15 children and perform extensive travel for home visits.
