Responsibilities: As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will be given the tools, support, and training to:
Work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom routines and activities Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for children and families Engage with toddlers through play, conversation, and hands on learning experiences Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Support the implementation of fun and developmentally appropriate lesson plans Build trusting relationships with children while encouraging independence and confidence Follow all licensing regulations and Celebree policies and procedures Complete daily reports, attendance, and classroom documentation with accuracy
Qualifications
Meets assistant teacher requirements according to state licensing guidelines Passion for working with toddlers and supporting early childhood development Strong communication skills and a positive team focused attitude Patient, flexible, and dependable Willingness to learn, grow, and be an active part of a supportive team
