Physical Therapist (PT)

Conduct physical therapy sessions for children aged 0-5 with various diagnoses in a sensory gym setting. Monitor child progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain confidential records using an electronic medical record system.

Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of new york with a valid driver's license and car insurance. A minimum of two years of experience working with children is preferred.
