Wellness Coordinator - Adolescent Mental Health

The role involves supervising adolescent clients to ensure a safe and structured therapeutic environment during sessions and transitions. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, completing wellness documentation, and escalating behavioral concerns to the clinical team.

Candidates should have experience working with adolescents in clinical, educational, or community settings and must be bilingual in english and spanish. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred, along with strong de-Escalation skills.
