Children’s Home of Reading Youth & Family Services (CHOR YFS) is seeking compassionate Youth Care Workers to join our PATHS Program in Breinigsville, PA. PATHS is a community-based, specialized group treatment home serving boys ages 10–15. Youth attend community schools within the Parkland School District and participate in structured recreational, academic, and social activities within a supportive and positive environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about youth development, behavioral health, and making a meaningful impact.
