We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a part-time, temporary Job Coach to assist high school students with onsite job coaching in community businesses, ensuring they are performing all areas of job duties. This coaching serves to equip students with the necessary skills for full-time competitive employment upon graduation. Each day working with these individuals and being a part of their future employment goals will allow you to see how much your work matters!
  • Collaborating with other team members, you will: Provide onsite support to students though job coaching Assist with job interview skills and training Communicate with employers to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. Document services and complete necessary paperwork for billing
