Certified Floater Teacher – Multi-Classroom Support Role

The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a certified Floater Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This position provides flexible classroom coverage while helping maintain consistent routines and high-quality learning environments across age groups.

This role is ideal for educators who enjoy variety in their day and working with multiple classroom teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and continuity of care Assist with daily routines including activities, meals, diapering, and transitions Support implementation of developmentally appropriate learning experiences Maintain safe, clean, and organized classroom environments Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required (Infant/Toddler and/or Preschool) Prior classroom experience across multiple age groups preferred Strong flexibility and classroom management skills Reliable, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
