Early Childhood Teacher – Infant, Toddler, or Preschool

The Learning Experience – Cascade is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. This role focuses on creating a structured and engaging environment where children build confidence, independence, and early learning skills through hands-on experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with a variety of age groups in a collaborative early childhood setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines across multiple age groups Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Encourage social-emotional development and classroom participation Communicate regularly with families and team members Follow all Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required Prior childcare experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
