- Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments
Requirements
