Registered Behavior Technician

Implement treatment programs and behavior reduction strategies under the guidance of a bcba. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide direct one-On-One or group therapy and record patient data.

Requires an rbt designation or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, with at least one year of experience working under a bcba. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the physical ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
