- Range: $18 – $20 per hour Support Youth in a Safe and Caring Overnight Environment Mooseheart Child City & School is seeking dependable and compassionate professionals to join our Horizons Residential Living team as a 3rd Shift Family Teacher. In this overnight role, you will help maintain a safe, stable, and supportive residential environment for youth with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Working as part of the Horizons Residential Living team, you will play an important role in ensuring youth are safe, supported, and prepared for the next day. Your presence during overnight hours helps maintain stability within the residential home and ensures youth receive consistent care and supervision. This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, responsible, and committed to supporting youth in a residential care setting.

- Teacher, you will: Provide overnight supervision and support for youth in a residential home Ensure the safety and well-being of youth throughout the night Monitor the home environment and respond appropriately to emergencies or youth needs Maintain a calm, structured, and secure overnight environment Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization within the home Document overnight activities or incidents as required Collaborate with the Horizons Residential Living team to ensure continuity of care between shifts Support the morning transition to help youth prepare for the upcoming day
Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong responsibility, patience, and attention to detail when supporting youth in an overnight setting.
