Salary

  • $24-$26/Hour depending on experience We are a busy family based in beautiful Rapid City, South Dakota, looking for an experienced and loving nanny to join our team! We currently have a highly active, fun-loving 4-year-old boy who is gearing up for his biggest role yet: Big Brother! With a new baby arriving in December 2026, we are looking for the perfect person to help our household thrive during this exciting transition. Both of us work in the medical field, which means we work hard, care deeply, and sometimes have unpredictable schedules. We are looking for a reliable team player who can help bring a sense of calm and fun to our children's days! The Details & Schedule We guarantee 40 hours per week so you can count on a steady income. Because of our healthcare schedules, we need a nanny who can accommodate a flexible, rotating schedule.

  • Weekends: We will need weekend coverage when our shifts overlap. This typically only happens once a month, and rarely twice. What You'll Be Doing You will be the MVP of our children's daily routines! Your primary focus will always be the safety and happiness of our kids, but daily duties will also include: Providing engaging, active play for a 4-year-old and expert infant care once the new baby arrives.
