- Description EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism.
- Behavior technicians are responsible for; Providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBA Collecting and graphing data using an online data collection system [CentralReach] Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment.
- Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator [compensated at a training rate] Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements
Qualifications
Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities. Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related challenges.
