Responsibilities

Evidence-Based Teaching & Learning: Program Outcomes: Implement the College’s philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through diverse teaching methods, including classroom, online, and clinical settings. Curricular Innovations: Develop and revise course materials annually, ensuring they meet the highest standards of educational excellence. Autonomous Teaching: Take full responsibility for your teaching load, delivering high-quality education independently. Clinical Supervision: Monitor clinical agencies for suitability, plan clinical experiences, and provide direct and indirect supervision of nursing students. Preceptor Coordination: Collaborate with clinical agencies and University departments to oversee and evaluate clinical preceptors and mentors. Student Feedback & Remediation: Offer constructive feedback based on course outcomes and provide remediation as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.

Experience

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $73,520.9 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
