• Duties: We are seeking a qualified Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic team as a Primary Care Behavioral Health Faculty (PCBHF) at our Family Medical Center in Texarkana, AR. As an integral part of our patient-centered medical home, the PCBHF will provide direct care to clinic patients, as referred by physicians, while working closely with the treatment team to promote patient health outcomes. Additionally, the PCBHF will be responsible for the development and provision of behavioral health curricula for family medicine residents, as well as collaborating with other clinical team members and health students. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work. Arkansas licensure as an LMSW OR LCSW; an AR licensure as an LCSW is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Clinical Expertise: Possesses strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies for behavioral health issues. Behavioral Health Curriculum Development: Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive behavioral health curriculum for family medicine residents.
