Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges through evidence-based interventions grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The position requires a combination center therapy work, ensuring comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.

Work Environment

This role involves travel and includes working at the Primecare ABA Therapy Center in Milledgeville, Georgia and may require in-home visit in the near future.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Oversee day-to-day cases for children on the autism spectrum.
  • Behavioral Assessments: Conduct FBAs to uncover the root causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Behavior Intervention Plans: Create BIPs tailored to each client using evidence-based strategies.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure compliance and client retention to optimize outcomes.
  • Discharge Planning: Manage smooth transitions for clients exiting your caseload.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide ongoing guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Training & Education: Empower families and stakeholders with effective behavior strategies.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with psychologists, educators, and therapists to ensure holistic care.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and stay current with ABA best practices.
  • Parent Engagement: Foster active family participation for improved therapy outcomes.
  • Billable Hours: Achieve a minimum of 100 billable hours per month (30+ weekly qualifies for the $100/hr incentive).
  • Team Participation: Join weekly L10 meetings, plus conferences and webinars as needed.
