- OBJECTIVE: Summer school teachers are responsible for delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction in an accelerated setting that supports student growth and achievement. Key Responsibilities Instruction & Student Learning Deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in an accelerated format Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback Use instructional technology and effective teaching strategies to support learning Classroom Environment Maintain a structured, respectful, and academically focused classroom Establish clear expectations and effective classroom management practices Encourage student engagement, responsibility, and perseverance Professional Responsibilities Maintain accurate student records and attendance Collaborate with administrators and staff to support student success Uphold school policies and professional expectations QualificationsEDUCATION &
