• You'll Do: Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in the 7-day & 30-day new hire check-in process Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising
