One Behavioral is a leading outpatient behavioral health clinic in Texas, committed to delivering top-quality mental health and behavioral therapy services. We are launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program in our Friendswood, TX location and are looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead this initiative.
Job summary
The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing our ABA program for individuals diagnosed with autism and other behavioral disorders. This position is responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), creating individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and set measurable behavior goals.
- Supervise RBTs and ensure quality implementation of therapy sessions.
- Train staff and caregivers on ABA strategies and best practices.
- Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards and Texas regulations.
Requirements
- BCBA certification (Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field + BACB exam + supervised experience).
- Experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies in an outpatient or clinical setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Texas licensure (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching or leading an ABA program.
- Previous work in outpatient mental health clinics.
