  • RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Provide on-the-job training, life skills training and supervision to individuals. Responsible for writing reports, including daily logs, utilizing professional, appropriate documentation skills. Serve as liaison between RTR and the community representing a positive and proactive attitude at all times. Work in cooperation with the Case Manager to implement ISP objectives. Communicate all related issues to the designated Case Manager. Maintain area in a clean, orderly condition as outlined by Program Manager. Provide support in a variety of community activities. Serve as an appropriate role model Implement all behavior plan interventions as assigned. Adhere to all established lines of communication, dress in a professional manner and represent a positive and proactive attitude with coworkers, families and referral agencies. Adhere to the schedules and routines of the individuals and the program Adhere to the schedules and needs of the Urban Youth Collaborative Program. Attend weekly professional development trainings/coaching sessions Attend and complete assigned college course at Massasoit Community College if applicable Adhere to agency safety standards. Perform additional duties, or substitute for others as required. Adhere to all RTR policies and procedures. Develop and provide all services in accordance with RTR’s philosophies including staff and Board beliefs. Qualifications Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated trainings. Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
