KidSpeak is seeking a passionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our expanding North Charlotte clinic. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 1-2 days remotely and 3-4 days onsite in the clinic, while still maintaining strong collaboration and connection with your interdisciplinary team.
In this position, you will provide high-quality ABA services through a combination of in-person care and virtual support, including remote supervision and observation hours. You will work closely alongside Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
What You’ll Do Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians Complete virtual and in-person observations and supervision sessions Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress across environments Partner closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to create integrated treatment approaches Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company and payer requirements Schedule & Flexibility Hybrid schedule: 1-2 days work from home 3-4 days onsite at our North Charlotte clinic Combination of in-person and virtual supervision opportunities Flexible scheduling options available
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active North Carolina state licensure Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for working with children and families in a multidisciplinary environment Why Join KidSpeak?
