As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Point Quest Group, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs across school-based settings. - What You'll Do
- Initiate contact with new referrals, manage caseloads efficiently, and submit all required documentation in a timely manner
- Evaluate and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and evidence-based interventions
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and recommend positive behavior supports tailored to each student's needs
- Accurately record, analyze, and manage real-time behavioral data to guide skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
- Prepare and organize instructional materials, reinforcement systems, and resources to ensure effective service delivery across school and clinical settings
- Track supervision hours, maintain BACB compliance requirements, and implement Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques when appropriate
- Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, school staff, and multidisciplinary team members to develop, refine, and communicate behavior support strategies and student progress
- What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing and maintenance of all BACB requirements every two years
- Completion of all continuing education requirements and adherence to BACB ethical standards
- Completed 8-hour supervision training and 3 hours of related continuing education
- Experience evaluating and treating children with severe behavioral challenges and autism spectrum disorder
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Clearance and TB clearance required
- Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certifications are a plus
