  • Qualifications: Must be a graduate from an Accredited Speech Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree. Must possess a current accredited ND Speech Therapist License. Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations. Develop care plans and discharge planning strategies for optimal patient recovery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and personalized treatment plans. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate patients and their families on therapy techniques. Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
