Our onboarding and training program helps teachers confidently implement lesson plans and classroom routines across all age groups while growing professionally within a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum using interactive learning experiences and classroom activities Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development Build positive relationships with families and teaching team members Communicate regularly with parents regarding classroom activities and developmental progress Maintain classroom organization and compliance with licensing and safety standards Guide children through daily routines including meals, rest time, and learning centers Help create a positive school culture where learning and play happen seamlessly

Qualifications

Genuine passion for early childhood education and childcare Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience required 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred High school diploma or GED required Must meet Illinois childcare licensing requirements
