CASELOAD READY - 25 Sessions (Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix)
At PYG Therapy, we are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed occupational therapist assistants (COTA/OTA) to provide pediatric home health services across the state of Arizona.
Competitive starting rates ranging from $46/hour to $55/hour (depending on location, experience, and employment type)

Position Overview
This role includes
- Direct therapy services
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapist
- Ongoing documentation of client performance and progress
- Caregiver education and coaching
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapist regarding updates and concerns
Schedule Options
- 1099 or W2 (role dependent)
- Custom schedules with 8-25 sessions per week

Qualifications
- Active Arizona license (OTA, COTA, or SLPA)
