- AM - 7:00 PM Role Summary Jovie Childcare, in partnership with Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing, is seeking experienced caregivers for Emergency / Backup In-Home Childcare supporting infants through preschool-aged children (birth-5 years). This role requires flexibility for short-notice or same-day assignments during the 7:00
- AM-7:00 PM coverage window in rotating family homes.

- AM - 7:00 PM Typical shifts ~8 hours Part-time or full-time schedules based on family needs Requirements (Must Have) 2+ years professional childcare experience (infant-5) Private in home care experience is a plus Professional and character references CPR/First Aid (or willing) Reliable car | Active auto insurance Willing to travel 45-60 minutes or within 35 miles Pet-friendly; no pet allergies Comfortable with emergency / short-notice care
