OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position of Head Start Preschool Teacher Assistant. As an Assistant Teacher, you will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that helps children reach their highest potential while partnering with parents and your co-teaching team to help make this happen. You will show exemplary responsive care, while demonstrating classroom management skills, lesson planning and developmentally appropriate practice. Salary Range
$16.57 - $19.65
Requirements
Minimum of HS Diploma/GED AND six (6) college credit hours or Preschool CDA. Experience working with preschool children. Willingness to obtain Early Childhood Development Specialization Certification from Ozarks Tech (paid for by employer).
Preferred
Early Childhood degree. Copy of transcript required with application.
