• The Essentials Compensation: TX & OK: $25/hour MD, VA, & CO: $28.50/hour (based on experience) NC: $27/hour Benefits & Perks: Paid restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hours 15 days PTO + 7 paid holidays Paid CPR/BLS certification Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus FSA, life insurance, and more DailyPay for flexible access to earnings Employee recognition & referral programs University partnerships with tuition discounts What You’ll Have (REQUIRED): Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence Active RBT certification At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed Reliable transportation What You'll Do Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
